The current public product is using a reviewed dataset and a submission-led owner workflow. That means listing changes are not published automatically. They are reviewed against first-party or official sources before promotion into the public directory.
If you want to claim or correct a listing today, start through the listing submission flow and provide the clearest first-party source you control.
What helps a request succeed
- a canonical website or booking URL
- the exact business name used publicly
- city, neighbourhood, and public contact details
- clear corrections rather than broad rewrite requests
- evidence for any trust-sensitive claims

Claim or correction requests do not guarantee immediate publication, ranking changes, or featured placement. The directory is meant to preserve trust-first reviewed data, so requests may be held when the evidence is weak or the source is not publishable.
